At Sustain Awards, we design and manufacture bespoke trophies, plaques of honor, and custom awards for corporate and institutional events.

Collection Line — Custom-Made Trophies We work with defined models, controlling materials, processes, and finishes. Our trophies include those made of wood, recycled plastic, or acrylic, as well as other sustainable materials, which are processed using CNC technology, laser cutting, and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints.

Personalization is achieved through engraving or UV full-coat printing, guaranteeing precision in logos, texts and brand-appropriate graphic elements.

These custom-made trophies and plaques include an environmental label with a breakdown of the materials and the environmental impact calculated according to ISO 14040.

Delivery times:

• 48 hours for rush orders (up to 100 pieces in the EU).

• One week with a finished design.

• 2 weeks, if we develop the graphic design.

Trophy cases: Our cases are made from 100% recycled 600 g/m² Pankaster, a compact and sturdy greyboard with a matte cement grey finish. They can be personalized using screen printing in one or more colors, with no minimum order quantity and at a low additional cost.

Tailor-made line — specific development. We design and manufacture unique pieces adapted to the concept, form, and materials defined for each project. The process includes design, material selection, industrialization, manufacturing, and assembly.

Depending on formal or symbolic requirements, different materials can be integrated. Due to technical limitations, costs, and deadlines, it is not always possible to guarantee the exclusive use of recycled materials or the availability of an environmental label in these projects.

Delivery times:

• At least 3-4 weeks.

• Recommended 6–8 weeks for complex projects or projects with specific material development.
